Don Jazzy Explains Oba Akiolu Might Be Working For Jimi Agbaje

Chairman of Mavin Music group, and ace Nigerian Producer, Michael Collins Ajereh, popularly known as Don Jazzy has questioned Nigerians about the sudden declaration by Oba Akiolu of Lagos.
Don Jazzy said that the Oba might have been working for Jimi Agbaje because as the Oba earlier said, they are relatives and blood is thicker than water.

Oba Akiolu had threatened Igbo leaders in Lagos with death if they fail to vote for his anointed candidate, Akinwunmi Ambode of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
The death threat has been met with rebuke by the mass public as Guber elections where jsut days away.
Don Jazzy took to his Twitter page, which boast of over one million followers to raise the poser.

“#WhatIf Oba actually codedly wants PDP to win? And is counting on us reacting to his statement. #Justasking o. Cos he said he is related to JK. hmmm blood is thicker than party o. lol oya make i run,” he said.
He also vowed not to be one of the Igbo people who have insulted the Oba.

Don Jazzy was reacting to one of his followers on Twitter, who challenged him for not rebuking the king because of his association with Fashola.
Meanwhile, Ohaneze Ndigbo have reacted to the speech by Oba Akiolu of Lagos, and told their fellow kinsmen in Lagos to not be intimidated.

In a statement by its President General, Chief Gary Enwo-Igariwey said; “We view this with serious concern especially coming from a first class traditional ruler in the country at a time when Nigerians are celebrating the peaceful conduct of the just concluded presidential and National Assembly elections.”‘
“As a people, Ndiigbo live in all parts of the country and have respect for the culture and traditions of their host communities, including Lagos. We therefore have respect for the ancient heritage of the throne the Oba of Lagos occupies.
“Lagos, by its special designation in the country, for over a century, has been home to all tribes from far and near. The Lagos we see today, is the product of the sweat of all Nigerians.
“Democracy is about free choice based on interests. It is the right of every Nigerian to exercise that freedom of choice freely given by the Nigerian constitution. It is therefore the responsibility of all political parties in the country to pursue programs that address the interests of the electorate from which they make their choice.
Don Jazzy has been renowned as one of Nigeria’s best producers and 2014 has been a great year for him.
